Qi-Yoga and Qigong
NEW ONLINE and in person with City of London
I teach Tuesdays, Qigong at 10 am followed by Qi-Yoga at 11:15 at East Lions Community Centre. Register below. Classes are pay as you go.
This small group, ONLINE, 6 week series includes Qigong warmup and Qi-Cultivation exercises followed by learning the 8 movements of the Baduajin, or 8 silk Brocade. Each of the movements help balance and tonify their representative organs. You will learn about the organs as we learn the qigong movements. Class size limited to 10.

Each treatment option is chosen based on your specific health concerns, ensuring a personalised experience aimed at restoring balance and promoting healing. Qi-Yoga Foundations: Where Qigong Meets Yoga!
Designed for anyone eager to deepen their understanding of Chinese Medicine, the Five Elements, and the powerful synergy of Qigong and Yoga. This inviting course is divided into 7 Self Paced Modules complete with videos, resources and self enquiry. I welcome both instructors and those eager to delve into healing practices, providing a supportive environment for exploration and growth. Students will have Lifetime access to the course and upon completion receive a certificate of completion.
